As Kim Kardashian’s wedding to basketball player Kris Humphries is unstoppably fast approaching (said to be scheduled in August), her wedding preparation includes dropping 2 dress sizes in order to fit in into two size 2 wedding dresses to be designed by the famous designer as well as their family friend Vera Wang.
Her wedding is royalty inspired and so she will have one dress for the formal wedding ceremony and another for the reception and after party.
In order to help her achieve this goal of fitting into a size 2 dress (she is a size 4 and is looking forward to losing 15 pounds) and help her get to her best shape ever for the big day, she is calling in top celebrity trainers Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson.
Trainer Tracy Morgan said that she had Kim do total body workouts even up to 2 times per day. She did not want Kim to lose those enviable curves so she had her do exercises that tighten the skin at the same time pull the muscles closer to the bone.
Gunnar Peterson’s workout plan for Kim, in the meanwhile, involved curls and lunges two to three times per week.
Whenever Kim is not sweating it out with these top trainers, she is regularly visiting Barry’s boot camp which a popular gym in Los Angeles. There she pumps it up to an hour of high intensity interval training.
But if ever her current workout plan will not be enough for her to reach the goal, her friend Victoria’s Secret supermodel Heidi Klum is willing to give her a helping hand. Just a few weeks ago, the two beautiful ladies ran four miles together in the Big Apple. 
Heidi revealed how determined Kim was to getting towards her goal. She said that in the middle of their run they took a break. When it was about to go back again, Kim was the one who pushed them to continue.
Klum added that she does not think Kim needs to lose a lot of weight. But she can merely blame her for a woman tends to give just a little more to make that important day really special.
And who will be present in Kim’s special day once she walks down the aisle? You can count Heidi out. Another friend of Kim’s explained that the guest list has been tightly controlled.
A lot of people had to be removed. And so you can’t expect that new friends or work associates will be in the occasion. Even Kim’s best female friends, Brittny Gasteneau and La La Vasquez, were not invited to the wedding party. She only decided to include her’s and Kris’ sisters as well as their childhood friends.
