Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan will be back in court after violating her probation. Lohan has been under house-arrest  for two DUI cases and her stolen necklace plea deal. Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore won’t say exactly what the violation is but according to reports, the actress tested positive on her alcohol test. A court hearing will determine if Lohan breached the terms of her probation.

TMZ said one of two tests on Lohan was conducted shortly after she hosted a rooftop barbecue and there is a possibility that she will be sent to jail if proven guilty. Lohan had already spent a few hours in jail in April and in July of last year both for violating her probation for a DUI case and rehab.

It was reported that Lohan had the party with her 10 bestfriends, mostly male to celebrate the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Whether or not she was allowed to have a party, she wore an ankle-bracelet monitor to make sure she will not drink.

Lohan will attend a 10 a.m. hearing at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles tomorrow. Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig said, “I’m neither going to confirm nor deny,” that the actress was summoned to court. The actress was supposed to finish her house-arrest on June 29 but that might not happen due to her latest alleged violation. She had been expected to serve 35 days of a four-month sentence.

Aside from alleged alcohol violation, the actress has been busy making serious money by doing interviews while serving her sentence. But her interview with Matt Lauer was reportedly cancelled after the actress changed her mind to talk for more than 15 minutes as she had agreed. But Lindsay’s publicist Steve said he was the one who say no to the interview and not Lindsay.

“We thought this was going to be a quick, brief check-in with the Today show. You know, how’s she doing, what she’s been up to. She likes to cook, so I thought she might cook something up for them. But Lindsay wasn’t prepared to do a lengthy, two-hour in-depth interview,” he says.

He also cleared there was no commotion that happened due to the cancelled interview.

“There was no drama, no door slamming. It was a case of miscommunication,” Honig tells us.

“Once they started setting up with Matt, I found out about what they wanted to do. So I pulled Lindsay aside and she said, ‘What do you think I should do?’ I told her I didn’t think it was a good idea, and I ultimately told Matt Lauer we weren’t doing it, not Lindsay. She felt very badly about it. But Matt was a perfect gentleman.”
